As a Licensed Chiropractor since 2012 and a Medical Massage Therapist since 2002, I combine clinical expertise with a holistic perspective on the biomechanical chain – from toes to jaw joints.

In meeting with patients, my goal is to intervene early to prevent acute issues from developing into chronic conditions, which in turn reduces the need for sick leave.

For long-standing or chronic conditions, the aim is to help the individual return to their daily life with reduced pain or complete pain relief.

Education & Qualifications

• Licensed Chiropractor

  • Education: Scandinavian College of Chiropractic (5 years + 1-year clinical internship/residency)

  • Year of Graduation: 2012

  • Focus: Advanced diagnostics, differential diagnosis, pathology of the musculoskeletal system, manual medicine, biomechanics, and neuromuscular health. Includes a 3-month hospital-based internship training under the supervision of a medical specialist.

• Medical Massage Therapist

  • Education: Axelsons Institute (Axelsons Gymnastiska Institut)

  • Year of Graduation: 2002

  • Focus: Including 1 year of Pre-clinical Medical Studies + Manual medicine, Revolvning® and advanced soft tissue therapy, aimed at reducing muscular restrictions and restoring optimal mobility.

• Certified Personal Trainer

  • Education: Personal Training School / The College of Naprapathic Manual Medicine (currently Sport Club Education)

  • Year of Graduation: 1999

  • Focus: Exercise pedagogy, functional anatomy, applied biomechanical movement analysis, nutritional physiology, and physiological workload theory.

• Revolving® – Myofascial Bodywork (Level 1)

  • Education: Advanced training via Naprapat Claes Wallenberg och Naprapat Lotta Bernhed.

  • Year of Training: 2003

  • Focus: Restoring function and joint mobility by reducing myofascial and muscular restrictions.
